      Pros

      The people were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The job itself challenged me, and helped me learn lots of new skills! The pay is as expected for this kind of position. They gave me a 30,60, and 90 day plan, which helped me really focus on what I needed to get done to excel in this position. It was a very hands-on position which I really liked a lot.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful if you don't have experience in the Customer Service/Sales field.
