Cons
1. No scope to grow, very less and useless clientele 2. Salaries are not given on time. People don't follow the old school ways of resigning , but just take salaries and never return. Those who resign professionally, don't get their settlement and is delayed for months after long follow ups. 3. Management is biased towards their favorite's. Your word is not heard of if it has their lovelies involved in it. You will be straight away asked to go since you bruised their Egos's. 4. They ask people to leave for no good reason but just because HR and Management doesn't like the person. 5. NO Work life Balance at all. You slog for 12 hours. 6. Zero planning and Management, hence no future. 7. Too much office politics. You do as the management says and you are forever set. You raise a voice and BOOM!!! You don't see the light of next day. 8. No Professionalism
