      Great opportunity to get hands on experience with real companies and learn how to balance and manage media accounts. CEO Robert is great, reliable, and a joy to work with everyday. Good communication and lots of room for creativity.

      Cons

      The pay is low, better for gaining experience and putting creativity to use.

      The employees are great to work with, fun to deal with different types of social media, learn new things about other companies, great internship program, get to work from home and good compensation and very flexible.

      Pros

      Great company full of individuals who really love to work, communication is fantastic between CEO Robert Reed and anyone is management levels. Strong design sense new clients coming on all the time, opportunity to move up is always available to employees who work hard.

      Cons

      Work can be spotty due to the company size, they take on many interns which can be hit or miss for continuity in design and work which is the nature of interns not so much the company
