Pros

Healthy clients receiving aesthetic procedures. Compensation and bonuses are good. Training all provided by the company and free treatments or low cost treatments for employees.

Cons

Many CEO and management changes during the last couple years. Virtual sales can be difficult to deal with when they sell packages that are not appropriate for some clients and in clinic medical professionals have to have those difficult conversations with the guest who is unhappy about being sold something that is not okay for them to receive.

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
