The company culture is horrible. My supervisor was so two faced, I pity anyone who comes in and tries to work with her. I was there less than a year and there were 4 CEOs in that time. Communication of policy changes was non existent. Employee services? Non existent. Support in role? Non existent. Culture? Horrible. Values? They have none. The company is not profitable by millions each month and needed to be purchased to stay in business. I’d be surprised if they were around in the next 5 years.
