Pros
Some of my colleagues were nice
Cons
A stressful, toxic culture where the rules, the pay structure, the responsibilities changed day to day. They were so short staffed on managers that toxic evil managers were allowed to hide shady behavior in plain sight. If there was an issue you had no one to raise it to, no voice, suggestions or process improvement suggestions fell on deaf ears, it was definitely a do your job and keep quiet. You always walk on egg shells, you are micromanaged to death and it's very easy and quite common to get on someone's bad side which created a lot of fear and turnover. The turnover was astonishing, many good people just could not handle the extremely poorly run sales team. The politics, gossip and bullying of the sales managers was unbearable and the corporate staff were unattainable completely. It was emotionally draining and abusive with no safe space to address that. Scheduling clients was a complete nightmare because the company can't staff the clinics, no one wants to work in that toxic culture either so we had constant refunds due to scheduling.
