Cons
Management is TERRIBLE. Almost non-existance. They "teach" you how to sell products and you're expected to sale daily. You are constantly pressured to harrass clients to leave a 5 star Google review. You spend every day dealing with frustrated and unhappy clients, because management refuses to address anything. The virtual sales people sell the wrong things and you are left to explain to the client why Ideal Image will never issue a refund, even if they were never treated. The non-compete is complete BS and you can't fight it unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to throw away. Do yourself a favor and find another way to break into aestethics, because this company isn't worth the miniscule poorly run training they give you and then won't let you work anywhere else for 40 MILES from any Ideal Image. It's crap. They know it. They don't care.
