      Pros

      I love helping others achieve their hopes and dreams of looking and feeling better. Working with Ideal Image brings such a great work/life balance. I could not ask for a better team or more supportive manager.

      Cons

      The down sides are things I can't control. For example clients that can't be treated for health reasons. That's the most heartbreaking part of my career. You get a client that wants something so bad but medically are not able to get the treatment.
