Working at Ideal has been everything I hoped it would be, and then some. The clinic is beautiful and being able to spend time here is relaxing. Everything is so high-end that I feel successful just knowing that this is where my job is. The people are amazing and watching my coworkers come together to help others feel better about themselves is pretty incredible. The people we help leave our clinic with better self-esteem and less anxiety, and I think that’s a beautiful thing to be able to contribute to the world. While I’ve been here for a while, many of my coworkers are just starting out in the industry and I see how this could be a great place for that. The calm, gentle environment and our helpful management team would be perfect for helping people hone their skills, whether they’re nurses, therapists, or consultant. We all get commission, even the nurses, and we get great benefits, hour-long lunches, and even the occasional free treatment. We get a lot of free products from all the representatives from other companies that visit us, too. Since I started working here I feel better about myself, both internally and externally.
