      Greta Leadership, upper management is approachable and supportive. Great team atmosphere. Excellent training and career opportunities

      Not much. Benefits are expensive and 401k does not match.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
