      Free Treatment. LOTS of commission.

      Cons

      Make you (employee) PAY for goods the then the MAKE YOU GIVE AWAY. Management is incompetent. Nothing is ever enough. There is a lot of back stabbing going on and NO employee is safe!

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
