Small business, which makes it easy to get to know staff and guests. The job is rewarding because you know you are helping people to feel their best. I really enjoy my job.
Cons
There is a lot of interaction with guests whether in person or on the phone. If you don't enjoy constant contact- this job may not be for you.

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
