      Great income, sales come to you.

      Cons

      Must deal with poor management, understaffed treatment providers, incompetent office staff, overbooked scheduled (for treatments) when the company encourages you to consider yourself and co-workers a Team. Too many times I juggled office details while others slicked off at their job.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
