Cons
Micromanagement, NO support from upper management in any aspects of the business. Experienced extremely unprofessional and hostile treatment in actions and words towards staff, and verbal beratement of staff with untrue accusations where others can hear. Nursing judgement is questioned by sales and management staff (non-medically trained personnel) in attempts to sell, sell, sell, even when medically inappropriate for the patient. HR department leaves a lot to be desired. Building has had a mold problem for over a year and root cause still not fixed. Very disappointed in this company and do not recommend employment here.
