      Pros

      Great PTO And Holiday pay Co-workers become like family Awesome support from management Ability to be very autonomous Access to perform industry leading treatments with the most advanced technologies! Great positive environment and lots of great team work everyday!

      Cons

      not a lot of upward movement for an RN - however, there are MANY services you can learn so lots of variety in day to day work- NEVER a boring day!

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
