      Pros

      Helping people that would otherwise be a shamed. Could be a very fun place to work. Free services free 90 day period.

      Cons

      The worst management. No one to be accountable too. No wifi for guest or tv who are there for hours(even dentist have tv's) in treatment rooms.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
