- No clear strategy, no specialization - try to do anything and everything - No professional development path (almost) - Too much spent on team building events and non-IT training - Too little spent on developer's tools and skill development - Weird compensation/bonus scheme that is hard to grasp

Employees can work from home. Friendly environment in the office. Health insurance and mobile provided by the company. English courses on site to enhance your level if needed. Ability to learn new professional skills provided by the company.

Not that easy to change your field of work as company makes you believe. Your experience really depends on the project/team you work in.
