The teams are well-trained, and coordination during deliveries is smooth. This job has helped me develop my problem-solving and leadership skills.

Cons

An in-house cafeteria would be a welcome upgrade.

Pros

I like the pace of work here because it pushes me to learn more and level up my skills. I got to work with smart colleagues from different backgrounds like consulting, finance, and creative agencies, which makes the day-to-day job interesting. Modern technologies and tools to help me succeed in my role. Fairly independent decision-making and a remote-first setup.

I have to be careful with my work-life balance.

Pros

They had plenty of interesting projects. I was a part of a couple of them in the first few months.

Cons

In my opinion, the people at the top usually set the tone and impact the workplace culture. Those people were awful here. The unethical and terrible leaders set poor deadlines in projects without consulting anyone because "they were always right." It created many challenges for honest employees like me who wanted to do their best but couldn't due to the horrible pressure. Each day was full of stress, each day was miserable, and each day I thought of quitting. I finally took the essential step when there was no other choice. The only way to stay away from scary and overlapping deadlines is by quitting. Your logical reasoning and pleas will be unheard here. Please avoid hoping for changes that will never come true.
