I believe iCreatives is a great company with very hard working recruiters. They strive to provide talent with the best possible working environment and listen to their needs. They provided me with the tools and equipment I needed. I do think that they deal with a very difficult corporate giant of a client, Walmart/Sam's Club, which can be very difficult to please and puts a great deal of pressure on their talent.

As a contractor on the Sam's Club creative team, I encountered several challenges. Work hour inconsistency: Fluctuations between part-time, full-time, and periods of no work created scheduling difficulties. Overtime hours and timesheet approvals were also sources of frustration. Lack of clear expectations and structure: Role responsibilities were subject to frequent changes, hindering project clarity and direction for the team. High team turnover: Consistent changes in project management and design staff resulted in disruptions to workflows and increased workload for remaining team members. Designers were stressed, upset and often assumed project management responsibilities due to staffing shortages. Management often exhibits micromanaging tendencies and demonstrates deficiencies in interpersonal communication skills. Inefficient communication: Reliance on email as the primary communication tool impacted team efficiency and collaboration.
