      They trying very hard to find their identity and the leadership on the architecture side is very genuine.

      Cons

      Design build is an interesting idea, but the disciplines have a degree of separation for a reason. There is a high degree of turnover in the architecture department.

      Pros

      Iconica is an integrated, team orientated environment. They provide flexible work schedules, some work from home options, and a great compensation and benefits package.

      Cons

      The industry we work in has tight deadlines. It can be a stressful and high pressure environment.
