This place is like family and is constantly bringing new ideas and ways to motivate and keep the employees happy.

Downtown parking is never fun.

The people are amazing at this company. Lydia and Billie were both outstanding, supportive, and welcoming from day one. My coworkers were hardworking, genuine, and easy to work with, and I felt comfortable around everyone there. The job itself was fairly relaxed (at least on the debt relief side), and I could definitely see myself producing a strong number of transfers had I stayed longer.

The biggest drawback for me was the compensation. While I liked the company and felt confident I could earn commissions consistently, the $16.50 hourly was a definitive "no" - it was disheartening to start from such a low rate. A higher base wage would make the position much more attractive and competitive in today's job market.
