Pros

Summer Fridays Staff discount/free products Casual dress WFH

Cons

Toxic blame culture No real HR support and so people welfare management is highly questionable. No planning or long term direction Constant sense of urgency for everything No accountability amongst management Toxic playground bickering amongst management, seemimgly all best friends but very evident that isn't true (unprofessional and awkward at times, have sat through awkward calls where everyone talks over each other, there are unnecessary disagreements/child like tantrums by management, who are desperate to get one over on each other). Clear evident favouritism. No training, support or respect Undermined by management-decisions/agreements made then conveniently forgotten later down the line and no responsibility accepted. Investment in projects that there isn't the budget for and so not executed properly. Fake niceties Waste of time teams calls involving everyone and their dog, where actual topic isn't discussed and instead a random brainstorm of ideas that are unrelated to initial topic of conversation and nothing comes from it! No respect for time when decisions are changed and things are needing to be changed. Micro-managed and not made to feel competent, trusted or respected. Avoid working here. It won't be a pleasant experience or do anything to support your mental well being, unless you're prepared to join in the playground antics and run on the hamster wheel to keep up with the ridiculous and ever changing decisions of management. You will constantly be left feeling defeated, and deflated.
