Be weary of orientation. The manager speaks very fast and assures you, you don't need to read over the paper work. Management tries to impress you with false hope of some dream vacation that you will qualify for, once you're finished with training.
I was lied to about my base pay; there isn't one. Yep, not even minimum wage. The job is only commission based, and be ready to split it with your teammates. They don't compensate you for your gas, and at times you are driving hours away from the office. You are on your feet from 8am-8pm, maybe later. You will work in extreme temperatures, and you must wear business professional clothing at all times. If it's freezing out when you start, be prepared to wear layers! You aren't allowed to wear a heavy coat even if it's 40 degrees outside, it's insanely stupid. If you're lucky enough, you may work inside a Sam's Club, where you will still have to go up to people and bother them, but at least you won't be outside.
