Network Fun - Engineer IX Reach Employee Review

I have only been in the business a few weeks, but they are turning out to be a great company to work for. All the staff are very welcoming and open to either offer, or receive, help and advice. Really positive attitudes in both offices.

Company has grown very quickly and been very successful, so now needs to catch up with processes and procedures. However, they are aware of that and are working tirelessly to improve all aspects of the company both for staff and customers

The only pro I could possibly think of is the team members I worked with

-Bullying culture - led by the Manager -There is no free rain to share your ideas, and if you do, expect to be counteracted with " I don't think that's a good idea" and that's the end of the conversation. - Unprofessional. There was no real HR, so who do you take issues to? It was an inappropriate environment. - Awful work culture. No one really cared about you, only your job role and what you do for the company
