The pay is below standard, the communication is absolutely horrible, the leadership is toxic and no longer transparent. IVX was once a wonderful place to work. Ever since they acquired this last large investment, the only thing they care about is expanding & growth. A one track mind with no regard for their loyal employees & their needs. They are no longer employee focused. Employee morale has plummeted, and the leaders in corporate do not have any regard or respect for the people that work for them any more. Several employees have been recently terminated with no notice, under the disguise of “your position has been eliminated”. Everything feels sneaky & underhanded, with no job security. They hired a contractor to assess the sales team, and it was a complete joke. The company had zero understanding of IVX job descriptions, or the ambulatory infusion business in general. They could have saved their money & asked the staff for suggestions, barriers to success, etc. IVX no longer lives it’s mission statement, it appears corporate just want their shares to go up so they can cash out in 3-5 years.
