      Ivis is a Fab Company to work for. They have a cool product set and technically strong staff.

      Small is company. I wouldnt see this as a con, but does limit the opportunities they have,

      Pros

      Has company BBQ's and trips.

      Cons

      Owner is narcissistic! Calls employees the N word, calls people fat, yells and talks down to people. Toxic work environment. Will fire people based on someone's opinion rather than work related issues and will have you escorted out like a common criminal. Shuts down for 2 weeks at Christmas and you do NOT get paid.
