Good opportunity to gain practical experience in warehouse operations, team coordination, and frontline supervision. The role helped me develop leadership skills, improve my understanding of Australian workplace standards, and work with people from different backgrounds.

The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced, especially during busy periods. Communication, workload planning, and support for supervisors under operational pressure could be improved. Clearer development pathways and stronger recognition of leadership responsibilities would also benefit employees.

The only pro’s are that if you’re smart you dump all stock without delivering it and get the money.

The company rips off its contractors, treats them with no respect and expects them to break their back for approx $4-$6 per hour
