Pros

“If you don’t understand people, then you don’t understand business.” If there’s one thing ITsavvy got right, is leadership caring about their people. There’s a lot of great managers and leaders here that will talk to you, help you, and want to see you succeed…even if you’re not on their team. Great company for entry level candidates. You can learn a lot and get promoted. Good size company. Company is not so small where it’s disorganized and you’re overworked and it’s not so large that you’re just a body/number to the organization. There’s a lot of smart people here. Because ITsavvy is growing, you’ll get a ton of exposure and experience just by being a part of it. Your coworkers are super cool, super friendly, and easy to talk to. Good diversity of people, age, skill, race, etc. Autonomy and flexibility. You have the ability to control your day-to-day. If you’re looking to get into sales, I would recommend Matthew Barrett and the BDA role. As a Client Executive in SMB, I think there’s a ton of opportunity despite the compensation discrepancies. You just have to want it.

Cons

-Base salaries for entry level are low -Not much room for raises/bonuses or negotiating compensation plan -People getting fired and let go is worrisome
