Understanding of how neurodivergence can affect productivity, prioritizing undervalued/represented groups, gives people an opportunity to get job experience in Salesforce with no prior experience.
Cons
Some employees workloads are significantly more taxing than others/lack of balance, being asked to wear multiple hats while getting paid a flat rate across the board, sometimes toxic environment, lack of leadership participation/help, rough onboarding, put in front of customers without experience too quickly. Pay steeply below market rate even after "graduating" internship status and leading projects on your own with no raise assessments/availability. Very grim future outlook for company survival.
