There is no job security, no proper code reviews, and no experienced technical seniors to guide the team. The focus is only on delivering output, without considering the development process. The design team is given sufficient time, but developers are not given realistic timelines. The UI and development team leadership is very poor. If tasks are not completed by the next day, employees are at risk of being removed without any prior notice or proper communication. There is no transparency or fair process. The HR team is also unhelpful and does not address employee concerns effectively. There is no option for work from home, and the company does not support a healthy work-life balance. Overall, it is a highly stressful environment with poor management and lack of employee support.
