Not Reccomended - Software Engineer ITT Employee Review

Company has very bad organization issues. Tech department of the company is not good. They try to go cheap with their programmers and it shows in the tech they have and use. Bad practices, very old software and bad tools are being used everywhere. Lastly, they have managers in tech positions that have no idea about tech, that ask for things that make no sense and have no understanding how to lead software creation and how things should be done/run. Managers with no tech knowledge shouldn't be leading or be involved in software creation at all.
