      Great people that work very hard and try to do their best.

      Cons

      No management support whatsoever. Upper management can't make decisions. Once you accept a salary, it will be yours for many many years. HR is not there for the employees.

      For the past 7 years I have been at ITT I have expressed my interests to my boss and it has always been welcomed and actioned on. I have had the privilege of training staff and working with various other departments all while receiving growth opportunities. Thank you ITT for the continued support!
