      Pros

      There are hundreds of CRM solutions available on the internet, but with ITSEC everything was very professional. I use their EMS CRM system. It is easy to use and I never miss a lead now. My team loves the click-to-call feature which is a huge help in making and keeping call record within the customer file in the CRM system

      Pros

      Good place to start your work life. Friendly stress free environment. Flexible leave authorization. Monthly cash performance bonuses for graphic designers ( 5k - 2k ) minimum chances of downsizing, hence better job security.

      Cons

      considerably a medium sized setup so : growth rate is kinda slow. only managers are provided with pvt company owned transport. no other compensations or benefits for employees other then medical insurance just for the employee. ( not even their spouses or kids )
