Pros
1. Not much pressure 2. Good training will be given for our work 3. LTA, Mediclaim and 15 days leaves are allowed 4. Maintaining a good databases, thanks to database maintenance employee 5. Usage of job portals are excellent. Dice, Monster , techfetch and paid LinkedIn accounts
Cons
1. 90 days notice period ; salary will be on hold. 2. Now 2 years bond they have introduced newly to make employees stay in the company. 3. half day LOP if we comes late to office, needs to be in office before 6.40 pm IST daily. 4. No hike in company for last 2 years, only marginal hike up to 2000 given maximum 5. Promotion for employees can't imagine sooner.
