      The craic was great in 2018 when left alone and no interference from the IT team and the clients won by managers were great

      directors squabbling, thresholds, so many verticals, nasty environment to work in

      Pros

      Very flexible and pay well. Busy agency with a lot of talented recruiters and very transparent in the way they work. They carefully hire new staff and it shows. Senior management are always setting up after work activities.

      Cons

      There were a lot of meetings some weeks. Nothing unusual though. As far as agencies go, IT Search is top and would recommend to anyone.
