Since the salary is based on commission if the prospect we refer is hired, Brad hired more than 15 Talent Acquisitions who didn't get paid anything. Employee turnover is high because he is a terrible leader. In short, he makes promises he can't keep and is a terrible leader. No wonder IT Pro's Glassdoor rating is only 3 stars.
