      Lots of holidays off. Great co-workers

      Cons

      Management is very disorganized with constantly changing SOPs. Can not trust anyone in upper management. Also very passive aggressive. You will never learn what you need to succeed in the company or if you do something wrong you wont be told what you did so you can better yourself or stop doing what you're doing wrong

      Pros

      Management is genuine and cares about employees. Especially during COVID. They paid us out of pocket for a whole month while the business was closed.

      Cons

      Need more employees as they seem to be growing.
