Pros

Everyone there is in their early 20's, mostly fresh out of college so as a first job it's easy to get along with coworkers. Room for growth (due to everyone constantly leaving)

Cons

This company is a classic "award you with a pizza party for mistreatment"/ "we're a family so you can't leave" culture. They'll make you work weekends for FREE around holiday season and threaten your job security if you don't comply. in 2019 managers got a bonus of a whopping $50. I'm shocked they haven't been reported to the better business bureau yet. Most starting salaries start at $35,000 and require you to work 9-10 hour days so with MA taxes you're making $11 an hour. Company expects you to work off of your personal laptop and install horrible outdated software on your laptop that will crash 2x a day minimum. ISlide refuses to put money towards softwares and new products that could actually make employees lives easier (and not crash their personal property) and only shovels their money into "looking cool". Personally, I left on my own accord in 2019 and 7 other people left around the same time as me in a 30-40 person company. An absurd turnaround rate. Even two years later I look back in shock and awe of the mistreatment they put us through. I never make reports like this, I'm just hoping that someone who's considering taking a position at ISlide reads this and heavily reconsiders or at least be aware of what they are getting themselves into.
