      Accommodating and caring professionals to work along side. Very accepting of the new and inexperienced and willing to nurture from the ground up. Great management and flexible PTO.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to advance in your career. Due to the nature of contract work, you could be pigeon holed.

      Pros

      My coworkers were nice, the environment was pretty relaxed. I feel like management has changed and the contract I was on may no longer be with ISPA.

      Cons

      The pay wasn’t that great and the salary never really improved all that much from when I initially got hired. It was a decent place to work, but not really the best place to advance. Not a bad role for a few years though. The rating is based on the fact that the money and advancement opportunities are the main drivers for why anyone works anywhere.
