Salaries of students and phd-student are relatively low. But after graduation they are gradually increasing. Mostly salary depends on the project and department. Very interesting project. Positive and experienced colleagues. Flexible environment, it is possible to change projects.
Cons
Writing reports/articles. It is hard to progress without phd degree.
