We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. It is disappointing to hear that your experience at ISO Claims Partners is not matching our goal of being the best place you have ever worked. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I'm disappointed to hear that this is not your current experience. Employee recognition is something we care deeply about and that is why we have rolled out the peer-to-peer SAVI recognition program, the fun “Top Banana” award, monthly employee “Shout Outs” on our TV monitors around the office, as well as continue with our Orange Chair award on a quarterly basis.
