Pros
Great place to learn about the fundamentals of working in the business world if you are right out of university. Presenting, being organized and learning about to manage timelines and clients are all valuable skills. Pay and perks are great - But the shine goes away after a year or two.
Cons
After you master these skills the work becomes redundant and its stops being a challenge of skill/talent and you're just busy because you are understaffed due to high turnover. The job isnt very hard but when you're inside its made to seem very important and fast paced. Favoritism is a problem. There is a ceiling for non-US offices - The people who started the place are young and will sit there until they IPO - Which apparently is always going to happen "next year"
