Pros
I enjoyed my tenure in ISMT. I performed and got the results with new oversea business opportunities. Management is very open and gives right to employees to put forward their ideas. They provide special assignments other than regular job and give ownership. This keeps employee motivation high.
Cons
Salary is good for freshers but as you gain experience you feel left behind your colleagues in other industries. Stopped to provide incentives to all employees which led to very high attrition rate in 2010, 2011 & 2012. Not aware about current status!
