Pros

I joined ISG after several years in the staffing industry, and I can confidently say that ISG stands out as the most innovative and impressive agency I’ve encountered. I feel incredibly lucky to have landed here! The company’s unique business offerings is setting it apart from others in the industry, allowing ISG to outperform many agencies in securing new clients. This model is driving the company’s success and providing recruiters with a consistent stream of clients and open reqs—which is rare in today’s market where a lot of firms are struggling with low job reqs. Beyond that, the culture at ISG is amazing. There is no micro-management— leadership gives you all the support and resources needed to be successful and trusts your quality of work. Management has also created an environment with such a great work life balance that's unmatched. As far as growth goes, the promotion plan is transparent and well-structured, offering clear paths for advancement. If you’re looking to grow your career with a company that supports your development, ISG is the place to be!

Cons

Only con would be wishing we did more team nights to be able to see co-workers more since we are fully-remote.

Pros

There is so much room to grow and advance your career! I really love the business model that is set up where you are able to recruit and manage your own accounts as the business development team brings in new accounts. There is also a lot of room to make a lot of commission due to the high volume of jobs coming in. They do not do the draw commission structure anymore. Instead you get commission for managing an account and getting placements.

Cons

I wish there were more team get togethers or interactions.

Pros

There is some enablement to learn sales, outreach, and client communication if you are self-motivated.

Cons

Expectations can feel unclear and inconsistent. Communication from management could be better, and the role may lack structure, training, or reliable support. It can sometimes feel like you are expected to figure things out on your own.
