Pros

If you are looking to be paid late, not make commission, go into debt with the company, and be gaslighted by leadership - this is the place for you!

Cons

If you are going to read a review - READ THIS ONE. **IMPOSSIBLE to make commission, leadership is straight lying to you when they say you will make a ton of money with commission and base. You are paying for yourself through the draw. Yes - you heard that right. Your draw is your salary and you end up going into DEBT with the company if you make no placements. People have been more than 15K in the hole. You could have an incredible month and make 5 placements and that still wouldn’t get you where you could make commission. Your draw ups with every raise you get. THIS IS A THING OF THE PAST. STOP ROBBING PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING YOU MONEY. **CONSTANTLY - and I mean constantly changing their process. It is an ongoing joke throughout the company when something new is rolled out practically every week - that it will be gone in 2 weeks because the CEO can never commit to anything in his business practice or personal life other than posting on Instagram like he is an influencer or posting him working out. I have never seen such an egotistical narcissist in my life until working here. **If you are not in the “elite” circle with the CEO - consider yourself a dollar sign. He only cares about the money you put into his pocket and that elite circle of individuals who do not challenge him and blindly believe everything he says.. I have never experienced such tasteless favoritism in my entire life. There will be a new “favorite” every other month. Even in HS or being in a sorority, the CEO takes the crown of being the best mean girl there is. He only likes you if you are bought in on his BS. It’s giving Regina George. **ABSOLUTELY NO STRUCTURE. No matter if you are a performer, they will change how promotions are achieved. No HR when there is a desperate need for one - There have been multiple issues with one of the managers in the company where females have been uncomfortable and NOTHING has been done about this manager leaving those who have been affected no choice than to leave. They fire people claiming it is due to performance - even telling us about people they were firing before those people were even let go. Also there is a tardy policy that if you are late by 1 minute 3 times you will be terminated. **UNLIMITED PTO IS ANOTHER LIE - They will not let you take PTO in your first 3 months now unless it is UNPAID. If you are in okay standing, meaning you are performing your daily responsibilities, you still will be questioned on your request of PTO or have it denied altogether. President’s Club trip is for those who achieve hitting or exceeding their quotas each quarter - when I interviewed it was sold that there was 2 a year. One in the Spring and one in the Winter. When it came to planning the Winter one - all of the sudden all of those who hit President's club were ghosted. They were never rewarded for their contributions to the company's major success. It was never addressed as to why. Do not advertise something, promise something and then just never give an explanation as to why you didn’t keep your promise to those who upheld their end of the deal. It's a wonderful example of fraud. **Let’s dive into the financial trouble this place is in shall we? People started receiving late paychecks as early as November of 2022. Pay Stubs were and are nowhere to be found. It consistently happened all the way into the new year 2023. People would be without paychecks for sometimes 6-7 days after their pay period date. At first it started with just a few, then turned into the whole company mid December. Meanwhile, the CEO - would distastefully post stories to his instagram of him at expensive steak houses, international trips and flying either first class or private. Side note: there was NO communication as to why we were paid late. Then finally this happened so much they kept using the excuse of a system failure. Those who were due commissions were told the commission was coming, at this point was late - some didn't even end up receiving it because they rather choose their overall happiness than collect what was rightfully earned and due to them. Can’t say I blame them - it was impressive they had even made commission in those last months with how horrible the company was doing. The CEO also accidentally sent out a company wide email talking about a small business loan and then continued to lie about it and try to push under the rug claiming it was for something else like we were all idiots. It was no secret the business was not doing well or generating revenue. They have still been unable to produce our W-2’s and it in the end of February. It's just unacceptable. **Now let’s chat about the turnover this place has had since the summer. Over 25+ people have quit and most were in leadership/senior/tenured. This should be your biggest red flag. They also fire people if they are not bought into their crazy sense of reality. **Leadership. You should really take the constant advice about how horrible your leadership/managers are. I have never in my life seen such horrible form in leadership in my life - it will leave you speechless how some of these managers treat their team and speak to them. Maybe spend some money on getting real leadership so you don’t constantly lose those who were actually producing revenue because they have such horrible managers. SO many people on one team specifically left because their manager was so horrible and impossible to work for. Best way to put it - just a power trip and authority hungry people. **FYI you are signing a non compete that is in effect for 2 years post your employment - learned this when one of the more senior people left the company. Quite shocking, I - along with tons others, had no idea about this nor was it addressed in the offer letter or onboarding. Distasteful yet again. **This is where you work if you want people to constantly talk poorly about everyone around them and then have to be fake 2 minutes later. EVERYONE is rooting against you and then acting like they are your biggest supporter. It is all lies. **OH HOW CAN I FORGET. Before we went through a massive hiring wave in the summer - CEO made everyone create a glass door account and give 5 stars to offset the poor reviews that reveal the truth about this sad place. All of the 5 stars were made by current or former employees instructed to do so. My advice, look at the 1 star reviews of this place because it is ALL true. I feel so sorry for those who still work there and hope that they find a place where they can actually have success, be in a positive environment that will allow them to flourish into impressive individuals in the workforce. **NO diversity whatsoever. They hire who they need to just offset the white woman who works there. Not LBGTQ friendly either. You will feel like such an outcast if you are not a white man or white woman. **Everyone is obsessed with their appearance here. I swear in order to be accepted by others you must eat a salad and work out every single day. **GASLIGHT - GASLIGHT - GASLIGHT. They will gaslight you into thinking you are a part of this “family” - HAHA wrong. They are waiting for you to fail so they can laugh at you. Also expect you to work outside your paid business hours and then gaslight you for not. **My mental health along with SO many others who I worked with were horribly impacted - truly was so unhappy and resigning was the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders. Overall, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Pros

There is so much room to grow and advance your career! I really love the business model that is set up where you are able to recruit and manage your own accounts as the business development team brings in new accounts. There is also a lot of room to make a lot of commission due to the high volume of jobs coming in. They do not do the draw commission structure anymore. Instead you get commission for managing an account and getting placements.

Cons

I wish there were more team get togethers or interactions.

Pros

There is some enablement to learn sales, outreach, and client communication if you are self-motivated.

Cons

Expectations can feel unclear and inconsistent. Communication from management could be better, and the role may lack structure, training, or reliable support. It can sometimes feel like you are expected to figure things out on your own.
