Pros
Flexible work Schedule (almost too flexible) Donut Wednesdays
Cons
There's a good reason why you're seeing this company hiring everywhere and being quick to get people on board as fast as possible: 1. Extremely High Turnover Rate, management will look for any reason to get rid of you if for whatever reason they don't like you despite your work output. Being there only a few weeks in and I already knew of 3 people who got terminated before me. Oh and good luck getting in touch with HR without getting a lawyer involved. 2. Absolute mess of a training program, you will get the bare minimum of training and a pamphlet, and then be expected to fully submit a project. If you can actually find the outdated training manuals in time with no direction as to where they actually are on their 10+ servers, best of luck to you. 3. Extremely Unprofessional office environment & Etiquette. It's almost like a high school environment with how much gossiping goes on there. Management would constantly be out of reach making it impossible to ask questions or about work updates when needed, leaving you hanging the majority of your time. Everyone there felt fake, and if you don't fit in, consider looking for a new job before you get outcasted. I urge any recent college grad to avoid working for ISAT, as they will only waste your time with their office politics, gossip, and complete unprofessionalism, as they completely lack any empathy for new hires.
