Pros
The people for the most part, WFH is great. Generous PTO We get bonuses every year but the math for it is hard to understand, and they don't really explain how they work out the percentage and exactly where/how the numbers are worked from.
Cons
Every year since I've been there, they have change how reviews are rated. Last year's rating was a absolute joke. I was told by my manager that most people were being placed in the middle category of numbers. I really felt that my rating last year was just where they decided to shoehorn me in instead of giving me a proper rating. I feel they did this with everyone. (they had so many increments to the ratings it was ridiculous! Think 1, 1.25, 1.50, etc up to 4 or 5 and most people got a 3.50) I work hard and have received many thanks from coworkers and customers for helping out on different projects, but to get my promotion to the next level up in my position 2 years ago was like pulling teeth! It's like they don't want to reward staff for hard work. They had a massive layoff last year and we lost 17% of our staff, and we only had 300 people to start with. Other people have quit because the work loads had gotten ridiculous, or we've been moved around to do work other people were doing, that we have no training on or want to do, so those people can do x thing that someone else was doing and so on, so people quit. Communication between departments is deplorable.
