We take this accolade seriously and are committed to ensuring that IRIS is a place where people feel supported to grow, included and celebrated, and rewarded fairly.
Communicating our plans and goals across the business is of the upmost importance to us, and we’re delighted that senior leaders can engage with all our employees through various channels, from our global monthly company updates - presented by our executive members, dedicated newsletters, our Global Teams Channel, a weekly email from our CEO, and Peakon, our monthly engagement survey tool. Employee feedback is essential to IRIS to provide outstanding employee experience, which is why we leverage surveys such as Great Place To Work and Peakon to hear about how each employee is doing and what we can do to make it even better at IRIS.
We also have 48 Employee Voice Ambassadors (EVAs) across several departments, who support business improvements by listening to our teams feedback and presenting their findings at monthly breakfast meetings with their Executive member and Heads of Function.
