We’re very proud to be a Real Living Wage employer, this means we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We are pleased to run an annual review to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and to help close our gender pay gap. We’re also delighted to offer all permanent employees an annual bonus entitlement, which usually pays out in summer.
