We’re passionate about creating a sociable environment and are in the process of organising Christmas parties across our UK offices and encouraging teams to come together to celebrate and socialise. We’re also excited to be offering an online Christmas party to our staff who are unable to attend the in-person parties. This follows the success of our summer party, of which we were proud to receive fantastic feedback. We’re proud to have hosted some fantastic in-person and online Macmillan Coffee Mornings, in which everyone had the opportunity to come together to raise money for charity as well as socialise with their colleagues across teams and departments.
We’re surprised and disappointed by your comments regarding our training courses, as we’ve received glowing feedback from our employees, such as ‘Training is always available’ and ‘Excellent training provided’. Our L&D team are always working hard to provide all our employees with a range of opportunities to support their growth and development, such as our High Potential Programme, to support the business’ future leaders, our seasonal training curriculum with courses available to everyone, and our fully funded apprenticeships and Masterships. Some examples of training sessions we run are ‘Growing your Network’ to aid progression and career growth and ‘Step into Management’ to offer new managers the skills and expertise they need to run their teams effectively.
Our IT Service desk is a simple and easy way to find help and guidance and out IT department is always working hard to reply to queries as fast as possible.
